ITS Lab Consulting provides technology assistance at University Park campus as well as online chat support to many additional Penn State campus locations. The service’s student employees assist fellow students, faculty, and staff by answering software questions, troubleshooting computer problems, and helping to maintain the computer labs and technology classrooms.
